General Information and Definitions

The following words are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" means the batbaj.cam website and all its services, tools and content.
• "User" or "You" means any person registered on the Platform.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on batbaj.
• "Betting" or "Wager" means participating by placing money on any sports event or casino game.
• "Bonus" means any promotional reward or additional credit provided by batbaj.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the batbaj platform. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and take part in any betting or gaming activity. You must provide accurate information about your age at the time of registration. batbaj may request relevant documents at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 One Account Only

Each user may open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of these Terms and all associated accounts may be suspended or closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if any of your details change.

2.4 Verification Process (KYC)

batbaj may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process when required. As part of this process, a national identity card, passport or other relevant documents may be requested. Withdrawals or other benefits may be limited if KYC is not completed.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether with your consent or not.

batbaj currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• If the information provided for a deposit is incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the payment account used for deposits and registered in your name.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• batbaj reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
• batbaj does not charge any additional fee for processing withdrawals; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200 — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registering.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable only after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

• Only bets placed on eligible games will count towards the wagering calculation.
• Bets placed using the bonus balance count as wagering.
• batbaj reserves the right to exclude any game from the wagering calculation.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

batbaj may occasionally run special promotional offers, cashback deals and tournaments. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. If bonus benefits are misused, the associated bonus and winnings may be removed from the account.

5.4 VIP Program

batbaj's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Through regular activity, you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

batbaj sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and events. These limits may change at any time and will be displayed on the relevant game or event page.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Voiding

batbaj reserves the right to cancel or void bets in any of the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error.
• If there is suspicion of match or event fixing.
• If a user is found to be involved in any manipulation or fraud.
• If a bet was accepted due to an informational error.

6.3 Game Results

All games on batbaj use a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All game results are determined independently and are not influenced by previous results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batbaj platform:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits.
• Playing games or placing bets using any kind of bot, automation software or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Engaging in fraudulent or dishonest behaviour towards other users.
• Participating in or encouraging any activity that damages batbaj's reputation.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by batbaj

batbaj may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
